Efficiency

 With so much emphasis being place on cost reduction to help improve profitability or the sustainability of companies or product lines, there is pressure to reduce any process overhead which contributes to these costs.  TMG Translation understand that reducing cost is paramount, however we also recognise that a product that does not meet quality expectations is of little value to our clients or to our reputation.

We commit to the following principles of quality:

• Robust, documented processes that deliver consistency and quality on every project that we undertake
• Elimination of process overhead which does enhance not the quality of the final deliverable to our clients
• Rigorous enforcement of quality standards within our organisation and with our external partners through audits and quality sampling
• Commitment to partnerships with organisations that consistency meet our quality standards
• Investigation and delivery of best practice in everything we do

As a new organisation, we have not yet attained certification to recognised international standards. However, we have initiated the process for certification to ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485. We have fully documented all processes and procedures and are in a position to say at this point that we are compliant with these standards.
